Youth Voice | Gladys: Plastic for Change empowers border marginalized groups via fair-pay plastic recycling

Gladys from Zambia runs Plastic for Change, a plastic recycling facility, and has brought a plastic recycling project targeting marginalized groups especially women at the DRC-Zambia border. The project builds a digital platform to offer fair pay to plastic waste collectors, restoring their dignity. She expects more youth to join sustainable development decision-making with support, funding and capacity-building, aiming to reach Sustainable Development Goals together.
