Youth Voice | Nkemcha Martin Tiku: Guiding Young People to Solve Problems and Build Businesses with "Impact Attitude"

Nkemcha Martin Tiku, National Coordinator of ROBOGA Organization in Cameroon, leads a project—selected as APGYD—that trains post-university unemployed young people in leadership and entrepreneurship. The project guides them to identify and address surrounding problems through entrepreneurship or community-based solutions, and he aims to foster an "impact attitude" in them via mentorship and training—believing this attitude will enable them to develop their own solutions to overcome life challenges, improve communities, create jobs and build businesses.(Camera: Gao Rongjian, He Yao; Editor: Wang Shuocheng)
