Youth Voice | Farangiza Shukasheva: Shaping Sustainable Futures by Aligning Youth Focus with Business ESG Strategies

Farangiza Shukasheva, CEO of ZimaBlue (a start-up based in Kazakhstan), has led this project. Through on-the-ground research and an independent study, the initiative employs interviews, questionnaire data collection, and cross-sector analysis to compare young people's values with corporations' Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
