Youth Voice | Carlos Vicken Ayvazian: Wasted Treasures Converts Organic Waste to Biomass Fuel

At the 2025 Acceleration Week for Global Youth Development, Carlos Vicken Ayvazian, Director of Wasted Treasures in Lebanon, introduced the program that aims to address a range of environmental, energy, and socio-economic challenges in Lebanon by converting organic waste into biomass fuel. Since its launch, the program has promoted the resourceful utilization of organic waste, contributing to clean energy development, improved environmental quality, and the creation of sustainable economic and social value for local communities.
